Another Childhood Dream Comes True!

WHAT A NIGHT!!! Thank you to everyone on the ONE Thailand Team for making history with the spectacular launch of ONE Friday Fights at the legendary Lumpinee Stadium, the greatest championship fighting arena in Thailand! It is the first time in history that fights at Lumpinee Stadium are broadcast live on TV around the world every week to showcase the greatest athletes and rising stars on the planet. ONE Lumpinee 1 was also the #1 most watched show in prime time 830pm to 1130pm on Friday January 20th in Thailand, beating all other channels and content categories, including soap operas! Thailand has the greatest fans in the world! We made history together! Words cannot express my love for our Thai fans!

Many years ago, I left Thailand in poverty, sadness, and shame when my family went bankrupt. We lost our home and my parents were left penniless. My father eventually abandoned us. I never thought that I would ever return home again to Thailand. I pinch myself sometimes now because I could never have imagined that I would be living the life of my dreams today, especially when I think about the lowest days of my life struggling in poverty. I might be Thai-Japanese by birth, but my heart belongs to Thailand. Thank you to the greatest fans in the world!

I would like to give a special heartfelt message to all of our Thai fans. I am full of gratitude and appreciation for the love that you have shown ONE, our heroes, and myself. My heart is full. You inspire me to dream more, do more, and be more in life so that we can help our beloved country together! I will do my best to make Thailand proud always with love, honesty, fairness, justice, truth, and opportunity for everyone. I will do my best to show the world why our beloved country is the greatest. I will do my best to bring honor and glory to all Thai people everywhere through my actions, my words, and my life. Together, we can change the world. I know it. I believe it. I trust it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything. Mark my words. It is just the beginning of big things to come. Let us show the beauty of Thai culture and Thai people to the world every week!

ผมอยากส่งข้อความจากใจถึงแฟน ๆ ชาวไทยทุกคน ผมรู้สึกซาบซึ้งและปลาบปลื้มในความรักที่คุณมีให้แก่ ONE แก่ฮีโร่ของเรา และตัวผม ผมอิ่มเอมใจ คุณเป็นแรงบันดาลใจให้ผมกล้าฝันมากขึ้น ทำมากขึ้น และอุทิศชีวิตให้มากขึ้น เพื่อที่เราจะได้ช่วยเหลือประเทศอันเป็นที่รักของเราด้วยกัน!

Thank you to our heroes from all over the world for fighting with all of your hearts and showing the world why ONE is home to the best of the best fighters in the world. For me, the most exciting fights were Nong-O vs Alaverdi, Seksan vs Harrison, and Muangthai vs Tupiev.
